JCK secretariat meets at UN University to prepare for the Fukuoka Youth Forum (17/12/2015)

　JCK Youth Forum students met with Professor Hasegawa and Ms. Kumi Kim of the UN Association of Japan and discussed the program and logistical arrangements for the Fukuoka Youth Forum to be held in September 2016.

　They discussed the subject matters to be taken up by the Model UN and Symposium sessions. The Model UN session may debate human rights situations and the Symposium will find out lessons learned from international conflicts and how to prevent international conflicts from escalating into interstate war in East Asia. They agreed to visit Fukuoka at the end of January and meet again in February again in Tokyo.
