On 1 September we visited UNHCR office in Colombo and received an insightful briefing by Senior Programme Officer Laurent Raguin. He explained the shelter and protection support provided by UNHCR to returnees the northern provices of Sri Lanka. He and his wife, Mrs Marilyn Virrey-Raguin, kindly invited us to a dinner at their residence. We appreciated deeply their hospitality. (Miyu Kameyama)
